Very professional. Ido listened to my thoughts, concerns, and what I needed done. Their designer, Tomoko, who met with me was a gem. She listened and shared her professional thoughts and ideas. Once the demo and work began the communications continued. The contractor, Jun, and his workers all worked so very hard at completing the project. They were very neat, conscientious, and thorough. The work I had done was a tub to walk-in shower conversion. It was a costly investment, for me, however it was the best estimate for all of the work I wanted done. Beyond Builders met my expectations and erased all my concerns. I highly recommend them, they're very professional from start to completion.

From concept drawing (Thanks Maya) to install, Ido and his team are true professionals. They truly take pride in their work and are meticulous with details. No such thing as "I hope they don't notice" with these guys. They call out their own errors or flaws and fix them, without questions. What I really appreciate is the check in with the homeowner as they work to ensure homeowner satisfaction!

Recently worked with Ido and Maya on a backsplash design for my kitchen. Maya listened tentatively to my likes and dislikes and returned with a few sample drawings. After making the selection Ido scheduled the install. I have to say, the outcome was far beyond my expectations (even with drawings). Thank you team Beyond Builders. I am thoroughly impressed with how much work you put into making your customers dreams a reality.

I meant to post this sooner, but we are extremely happy with our new kitchen. When we moved in, my wife hated the dark colors and obvious amateur DIY. They made it feel warmer, and bigger by making the counter layout more convenient and more counter space with two lazy Susan’s and a big ole farmers sink. They saved me having to buy my wife a whole new house. Lol. I really appreciated Kai helping us get in front of tariff issues on the materials, saving us money. They also replaced the dishwasher, but I forgot to get a good picture of it before we put all the stuff back.

We are fortunate to have had Frank Vasquez as our project manager. The guy is awesome! Excellent communicator and detail oriented. He took personal ownership of our project and had a lot of good ideas. Frank was conscientious helping us stay within our budget. Frank supervised a few men from Yonghua Construction. They were professional and did nice work. We have been very pleased with the whole experience.

We had our kitchen go through a complete renovation with new cabinets, counter tops, appliances, flooring and updated electrical work. Frank Vasquez was the Project Manager and Daixin Construction LLC was the subcontractor. They did an outstanding job, working very efficiently and completed the job well ahead of schedule. We were impressed with their use of high quality materials and excellent workmanship. We would highly recommend them. We appreciated their excellent and tmely communications on all facets of the job and their always pleasant and friendly demeanor.

The crew was great and did a wonderful job on my kitchen and bathrooms. Changes that I requested were approved by management and completed quickly. Price was reasonable for the quality.

Aloha and mahalo to Beyond Builders’ super heroes Justin and his crew, Jordan, Ming, Sing, and Kevin. They did an outstanding job with remodeling our kitchen and also our last minute add on for entire floors (living room and dining area). Five Stars – Outstanding Work & True Professionals We had an excellent experience working with Beyond Builders on the build-out of Café Nene - Craft Coffee Bar and Fare at 209 Kaiulani Ave in the heart of Waikiki. From start to finish, their team demonstrated professionalism, craftsmanship, and genuine commitment to delivering a world-class space. A special shout-out to Zai, our project manager, who went above and beyond to guide this project across the finish line. Her organization, responsiveness, and dedication were instrumental in bringing our vision to life. We’re proud to share that we passed our Food Safety inspection yesterday, which is a huge milestone for our business. Like many projects in Hawaiʻi, we faced permitting challenges and delays that naturally come with building and doing business on a remote island. During the DOH application process, we learned that we needed backflow prevention devices and air curtains in order to utilize our custom-built open doorways leading to our private Coffee Lanai Lounge. Beyond Builders stepped up and made the necessary arrangements to ensure everything was done properly and compliantly. The final result is a beautiful, functional, and first-class café that we’re incredibly proud of.
